Refund policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all wig purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.

Because wigs are personal-use products, we cannot restock or resell them once they have left our facility. For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, colors, lengths, and sizing details before placing an order. Please ensure that the wig style, color, and specifications meet your expectations prior to completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can review the situation and assist you.

Refunds or replacements may be issued only in cases where an item arrives damaged or there was an error with the order.
